Why does my golden retriever make this gesture and what is it?

He is a DOG - He doesn't experience human emotions or communications. He doesn't understand the communication between humans. STOP placing human emotions on a DOG. He is forcing you to pay attention to him and him placing his fore limbs over your arm is a form of mounting, both are dominant behaviors. - He is not doing this because he "loves you" or is "telling you something" - He *IS* claiming dominance and it is *YOUR* fault for not treating him like a Dog - But instead like a human when he is clearly not.
