How does deforestation deplete the ozone layer?

There is no correlation between deforestation and the depletion of the ozone layer. Ozone is created in the upper atmosphere and is related to seasonal cycles. There is no depletion of the ozone layer but rather a seasonal cycling caused by different levels of radiation in the upper atmosphere. Ozone levels have steadily on average increased since the banning of CFC's in the late 80's.
