I put a new whole driveaxle in my car now a hear a grinding sound i think it may be the brake ?

i put a new whole driveaxle in my car now a hear a grinding sound i think it may be the brake cause i took the brake caliper off and book told me not to let the caliper hang be the brake line so i took the brake line off the the caliper and when i was done i got the air out of one side but the other side where i put the calpier at i could not turn the bolt in the back to bleed the line can some one tell me where that sound is coming from please. ty
