You should definitely gain weight, you are underweight and that isn't healthy. You can gain weight a healthy way by eating balanced meals, with veggies, fruits, carbohydrates, protein, etc. Fish, chicken, lean meats would be really good, as well as veggies, nuts, etc. You can eat a lot of dairy products like milk, yogurt, eggs. Make sure you're eating more calories than you are burning off, that way you will gain weight and look a little more healthy.
