Can someone recommend a good printer??

I bought a Lexmark P6250 all in one printer and I am not happy with it and thus want to buy a new one. Can someone recommend a good all in one printer (less than �100) that allows for the refilling of ink cartridges, and whereby new ink cartridges are relatively cheap? The ink cartridges for my current printer do not allow for refilling, the ink goes really quickly even when I set it on quick print, and they cost a fortune to replace (�23 for a black ink cartridge). It is a complete rip off!!
