What do you think of these restaurants?

I only have experience with Ruth's Chris. It was very good, and they will cook your meat perfectly every time. It is extremely expensive though! You could probably get the same food a little less expensive somewhere else, but if you want a steak or some kind of meat this place is perfect. I have not had it for a while though because I am now a vegetarian.
