Really curious birth control question?

Ok last month I missed 4 pills this monthe I was on anti biotics for 3 months. I had a period for like 2 weeks am now on the inactive pills and have no bleeding. When I start the next pack in like a week will it take 3 months to get used to the pill like when I first started? Also if I get pregnant i don't care but will the pill be ineffective all of June? Im on tri sprintec and married to a wonderful man who im with alot!
