Is this stuff good for my goldfish?

I just got a 15 gallon and im going to transfer them tomorrow. I have a secondnature power filter and a aqueon power filter. I have a heater, a bubble stone and wall, a live plant, and fluorescent light and hood, and last 2 thermometers (one inside the tank and one sticker). Is this ok for my 4 goldfish until i get a bigger tank (christmas or birthday)? Also with the 2 filters would i still have to change the water weekly?
