Help !!! what you think is he just a waist of time?

im actually in the same situation. he wants me to get back with him and he says he misses me and he also has a gf. the best thing to to (if u want to get over him) is to totally ignore all calls/text. out of sight, out of mind. eventually he'll catch the hint that your no longer interested and he'll focus more on his current girlfriend.
