4 Month old German Shepherd?

This would all depend on the parents of the dog. All dogs are different and one 4 month old GSD may be taller and heavier then another one who is 4 months old. There are no set height and weight limits on puppies - when will people realize this. Just like babies who are 2 months old, some are longer and heavier then others the same age.
