Where can I (legally) get a cheap Saiga rifle?

Preferably .223 or 7.62x39 - no shotguns. I've been looking at purchasing for awhile, but with the recent election it seems that my time may be limited...anyplace I can get a good saiga for $250 or less? Either online or in the New England area?
