After wisdom teeth extraction I have a clear bony looking thing hanging between two back teeth. What is it?

That was most likely the stitches. I remember something exactly like that after i had my wisdom teeth taken out a couple years ago. I went to pull it out with tweezers until i realized what they were. You should be okay though, just make sure you don't pull out any more stitches.
