Why do i get a igfxsrvc.exe application error?

why do i get this error? can i fix it ? it says the instructon at 0x7c910b2c refrenced memory at 0x011501a8 the memory could not be written then it says to terminate program or to debug it. how can i fix this i have winxp pro this is not a virus becuase i have virus protection antispyware and anti malware please tell me how to fix this
