what is another word for fiscal policy? I have to explain how fiscal policies affect the health care system (home health care to be exact). But I dont know what a fiscal policy is all about. I keep reading these websters definitions and am getting nothing! I need it in plain terms what is a fiscal policy and how would it affect a home health care agency?
