How is it possible to screem all day aand why i am having ear pain and deafness and lose of focusbut i had?

i have this beef fore and i didnt screem before how and why whats my weris sytem and also like tears coming out my eyees are watery nah its to much for its beinn going for like 5 years ago when i hit my head left ear on the pole but then 1 day its feeling better now this again why do i screem for no reson? it still there just somtimes away but not all the time just 1 day a motnh thing what do i have does it help meact matuer thats the reson i screm when im but if i move or run fast i start to screem why?
