I've been to the west and East coasts of America but this was one of the nicest things I ate. It was simple but gorgeous. I used to have it with eggs at six in the morning in a beach restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. If I remember right - diced, fried potaoes, onions, and thinly sliced peppers... Do you add garlic or not? Any other tips? My mouth is watering......
